I often use Launchpad’s Answers system to help other people with Ubuntu. I know Shapado’s big appeal to me is its multilingual interface and language support. What other advantages are there to use Shapado instead of or additionally to Launchpad’s Answers [1] ?

Hey magicfab, I don’t know Launchpad’s answer much but I think what shapado offers is the reputation/karma system, the availability to vote on best answers/comments, tagging system. We’re also looking into making shapado distributed in the future to create federations of shapado (so that you can subscribe to remote shapado installs and follow them from the same place like status.net http://gitorious.org/shapado/shapado/commits/distributed).
